Autumn has arrived, and it's time to go back to work. Doctor Young is still trying to grow a big pumpkin, but it won't be as large as last year. Look for our "Guess the pumpkin weight?" contest again, and her entry will be on the front porch. The days are getting cooler and the nights are getting longer. Although it's a good idea to keep our furry friends indoors, make sure your pet has a night visible collar and a name tag. Remember, the Cat Doctor of Dover can implant a pet ID chip, so please ask us about it when you visit. It's very important that you have your pet's teeth cleaned at least once a year. Preventative care is the watchword. Remember, your friend and companion can't tell you when things hurt. Making sure your cat's teeth are in tip-top shape and you'll prevent many problems, not to mention making your pet comfortable. Read more about it here. See why here. Always remember to ask Doctor Young about your pet's dental condition. Meanwhile, if you're driving by please stop in for a new toy, cat greeting card, or a spur of the moment gift.
